I recently planned a trip to Sand Diego and always schedule a Fix to go along with my trip. The order was placed & scheduled with enough time to get it to me before my requested date; 2-3 weeks prior. When I asked about the status I was informed by Aubrey that my order would not make it on time so she took the liberty of cancelling my order. It would have been appreciated for StitchFix to expedite my order instead of cancel it. This is the 2nd time that they have dropped the ball and didn't fulfill my order request within the time that was either requested or promised. This company can't be trusted to take care of your order to get it to you on time, nor to ensure that they really look out for you as a customer. I've been a customer for the last 5 years, but not any more. I felt the burn for this one. This is a very special vacation and they have only added stress and created more things for me to do prior to my departure. I'm very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE!

I can't justify giving one star as I haven't experienced their customer service and delivery has been fine.
The concept of this is great, however the execution is terrible. I get the impression that the 'stylists' are just bots and that nobody really reads your note or looks in any depth at your preferences.
The own brand clothes are actually very low quality. Somebody else here has compared them to supermarket own brand, I would say this is fairly accurate. I think the intention and business model here is to send one or two expensive and sought after brand pieces along with 3 or 4 own brand items. For people that don't know any better, they may assume quality / value is comparable. But I'm decidedly unimpressed..
The items I've received are not what I requested, and it seems my preferences and comments have gone unattended. This seems to be a running theme based on other reviews here.
Tried twice, second time around was even worse than the first. Won't be using again

Terrible company, do not use.
1. Ordered a fix for my mother with her exact sizes for mothers day a month before the holiday. They delivered it five days late.
2. When I told them that I was extremely dissatisfied they offered a measly $20 off my fix. They literally ruined my mothers day.
3. They got all the sizes wrong.
I dont know how this compny is still in business but they are literally trash so I doubt they will be in business much longer.
Stay far away from these clowns.

Received today. Very boring. Sent all back. Agree with some reviews. It’s like they don’t listen or look at what your preferences are. Was expecting unusual....most of it I could have got in m and s for cheaper and better quality. No wonder shares aren’t doing well. Won’t be investing as not sure how long they will last.

After applying to be a stylist and going through the interview process, I was offered the job with Stitch Fix. I received an email saying I should here back about a start date in a few weeks. About a month and a half went by with no response from the team. I decided to reach out asking when I should hear back about my start date. They replied stating that all the positions had been filled and they were resending my offer.
I believe this company is very unprofessional to one, resend a job offer and two, not notify me they were resending the offer until I reached out. Due to this unprofessional move they lost business. How can a business offer a job to an applicant and ask them to stand by while they get back knowing the offer would be resented. Horrible and unprofessional.

I've tried Stitch Fix and Trunk Club, and let me tell you - Trunk Club is so much better in every way. The quality of Stitch Fix has gone down considerably, and you can tell the stylists just don't spend any time actually looking for items you would like. I've filled out the same amount of info on Trunk Club - so much better!

This company is such a pain to deal with:
1. They ship w/out your authorization!
2. product is no where near luxury... more like target!
3. they make returning a pain and you cannot contact them easily!
Not worth the time!

Love it! It’s like Christmas when the box of lovely things arrives and my stylist seems to really understand what I want. I get 20% off if keeping everything. Brilliant service

I didn't have quality issues like some people, but the clothing was incredibly basic, not my style, and WAY overpriced. They sent me colors/patterns/styles I explicitly said I wouldn't wear in my first box, and my feedback was clearly ignored for the second box. When I made a point of mentioning I don't like feminine styles, the stylist suggested I switch my profile to menswear when I'm ready to "take that step." So just because I don't want frills and lace and plunging necklines, I have to sign up for menswear? The fu...? Luckily I was using a promotion, so I didn't have to pay for either box, but I wouldn't ever risk the $20 on another attempt. Just go to TJMaxx or something instead; same quality clothes for half the price and no gambling on the world's blandest mystery box. ????
My response to this BS reply from Stitch Fix: Did you not read what I wrote? Why the hell would I ever try your service again? Y'all don't listen. Apparently even women's button-ups, hoodies, henleys, overalls, polos, or any pants besides plain leggings or skinny jeans (with a whopping $80 price tag, no less) are too spicy for you. Your idea of "edgy" is to throw motorcycle jackets at literally anything. And it sounds like I got off easy without extra charges and lost packages. You people are something. Stay away from this company, y'all.

Awesome customer service and care!

I got my first box which was okay. It was random and had nothing that I considered my style but at least it was through a referral credit from a friend so I didn’t have to pay full price for the item I kept. I then got a referral link at check out so I posted it on social media to share with my friends. My account ended up taken away RANDOMLY as my referral credits came in which totaled up to $300 from the emails I had received. I contacted their customer service team which was no help telling me they removed my credit and merged MY account with my sisters for NO REASON. I don’t get how someone can push two separate peoples account together without asking first. Now I refuse to use their company because of how they just took my account away with no explanation. I tried to reach out to their help email and still haven’t gotten a response back. If you are looking for a company that you potentially want to influence and push, this is NOT it. They will take your referral credits and act like nothing happened. I brought over 11 friends to stitch fix too. Their system is rigged and a scam.
